Annual plan

We are delighted that East Cheshire NHS Trust is an integrated Trust from April 2011. Our 2012/13 sets out our ambition for the year ahead as we begin to forge a new era of health services in Central and eastern Cheshire.

The plan highlights the opportunities and benefits of the new integrated organisation and focuses on redesigning care pathways and improving the patient experience alongside improving the productivity of the services the trust deliver. Clinical redesign will be a major strand of the transformation of our current services as we move to becoming a high performing integrated Foundation Trust in 2013/14.
