East Cheshire NHS Trust has an established travel plan which includes bike and walk to work schemes and car sharing initiatives in order to ensure that we play our part in reducing our carbon footprint and protecting the environment.

The travel plan also includes links with local bus services and with local taxi firms for our patients and visitors to ensure their journey to us is as easy as possible.
 
We encourage all staff, patients and visitors to use public transport, walk or cycle to the hospital where possible. If you do travel by car The hospital operates a 'Pay and display' system. Monday to Friday the charge is £2.00 for up to two hours, 2-4 hours is £4.00 and over 4 hours is £5.00. Saturdays and Sundays the charge is £2.00. A weekly pass is available for £10.00. Parking for disabled drivers is free of charge. Parking for disabled drivers is free of charge.
 
Currently, due to extensive building work at the trust there are some changes to our car parking arrangements and availability. Details can be found at on the car parking section of our website. The travel plan co-ordinator can be contacted on 01625 663605 from Monday to Friday.
