Audits

Audits are undertaken by Facilities (Soft FM) to ensure compliance with national standards and Department of Health guidance. Auditing highlights areas of good practice and areas which require improvement.

Auditing enables comprehensive reports to be produced which indentifies trends, highlights recurring problems and produce KPI information.
