Support

Make sure you get some support

Though you may be scared and confused about the situation if you are pregnant, you can talk to your family doctor or a specialist sexual health nurse at your nearest clinic the nurse will help you with any information you may need. They'll explain what keeping the baby or having an abortion could mean for you, and the effect either decision could have on your life.

They will ask questions about you and your circumstances and although you might find it hard to do, it's very important that you answer them truthfully. Always remember that they are there to help you and that they are very used to dealing with people just like you in exactly the same situation.

Our staff will understand just how you are feeling and will do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. What's more they'll treat whatever you tell them in the strictest confidence, even if you're under 16.
