Library and Knowledge

Situated on the 2nd floor of New Alderley House, the Library and Knowledge Service is committed to improving patient care by providing accessible, high-quality knowledge and information services, accessible to all staff no matter what their role is or where they are based.

We provide a wide range of resources, both physical and online including:

  •          books (clinical, management, study guides, fiction)
  •          e-journals
  •          15 x drop-in computers,
  •          photocopier/printer/scanner
  •          study space
  •          keeping up-to-date awareness/eTOCs/ bulletins

We can provide support in the following areas:

  •          inter-library loan service
  •          document binding
  •          evidence searching
  •          Athens registration
  •          research support
  •          e-learning (stat and mand)
  •          1:1 or group training

Staffed opening hours:

  • Monday -Thursday                  8:30am – 5pm
  • Friday                                      8:30am – 4:30pm

24-hour access is available to any library member with a trust ID card.
