First of all you need to take a test. You can do this by using one of the kits you can buy from the supermarket or chemist. They're not too expensive and easy to do.

To be absolutely sure, it's best to go see your doctor or you can been seen at your local contraception and sexual health clinic. This may be by appointment or just walk in. Our clinics page will tell you which ones do this.They won't judge you and they'll give you all the confidential help and support you need, even if you're under 16.
