Please be aware that there will be planned IT downtime on Sunday 19th July between 10:00 – 18:00, as we perform upgrades to enhance our current digital services.
During this time, most internal IT systems, telephony and bleeps will be unavailable while essential infrastructure work is completed. A limited number of applications and services will be accessible on designated PCs.
All services are asked to follow their local Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) during the downtime.
Please ensure that arrangements are in place in advance and escalate any concerns or queries through your line manager or service lead, who will be able to provide further guidance.
Any colleagues working during this time should ensure they have access to their Microsoft Authenticator app as it will be required for DCS access. Please note that:
- Single Sign On (SSO) will be unavailable.
- All colleagues must be able to sign in using their DCS username and password.
- All colleagues must have their Authenticator app set up and ready on their phone.
- Colleagues must test they can successfully log in before Sunday 19th July.
