A section of Macclesfield District General Hospital's access road will be closed until Sunday 23rd November.
Contractors are carrying out essential road repairs to a section of the access road and the closed section is between the ED access road and the main car park, so direct access through this route will not be possible.
The section of the road (shown in the image) will be closed whilst these repairs are carried out, with access to the Emergency Department taking place via Victoria Road only and most of the remaining areas of the site only being accessed from Fieldbank Road.
