Christie build safety measures
Please be aware that the Christie Build will cease over the Christmas period. When the site is closed, the tower crane is set to ‘free slew’ which means that it will move in the wind. This is a safety measure that allows the crane to rotate freely in windy conditions to prevent unnecessary stresses. Please do not be alarmed if you do see the crane moving during windy conditions as this is meant to occur.
