Work to deliver a new wellbeing garden for staff, patients and volunteers at Congleton War Memorial Hospital is underway.

Following an inspection in December 2023 by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) the maternity service at Macclesfield District General Hospital, has retained a rating of Good for Well-led and Good overall. The rating for how Safe the service is has reduced from Good to Requires Improvement.
